Phenomenal Women Inc. has roots dating back to 2014 and is an organization that was established as a Colorado 501c3 non-profit in 2019. Our mission is to empower all women to reach their fullest potential! This is successfully done through various community initiatives and events. We have catalyzed life-changing experiences and consistently help to push students toward personal and academic success. Our mission is achieved by operating out of 3 pillars:
- Community Service: Through this program, our organization partners with shelters in Colorado to provide essential items such as toiletries, hygiene items, and clothes to the homeless community. The intended beneficiaries are homeless individuals and families who need necessities to support their daily lives. The expected result is that the homeless community will be able to gain access to essential items that will help them maintain their dignity and improve their well-being.
- Women Empowerment: This program is intended to bring women together to promote the spirit of volunteerism, create an authentic sisterhood, and provide encouraging events. The beneficiaries of this program are women from all walks of life who are seeking to connect with other like-minded women and who are looking to make a positive impact in their community. The expected result of this program is that women will be able to learn from one another, build lasting connections, and take action on issues that matter to them.
- Youth Enrichment: This program aims to provide educational support for students through motivational workshops, scholarships, life skills, new experiences, and meaningful learning activities. The intended beneficiaries of this program are young BIOPC students ages 11-16 from underserved communities. The expected result of this program is that participants will be able to build their skills, confidence, and knowledge, ultimately preparing them for a brighter future and giving them the tools necessary to succeed in life.
